Our Terms
- You can send traffic to our site in any way you feel suitable providing you are comply with our limitations listed below.
- You can send traffic to general site face or niche faces depending on your resource type and the page where you place our links.
- You cannot advertise our service as free and you cannot show prices directly on your site's page. If you need to show our end-user prices you must show the link to our end-user service terms and make it visible and clearly associated with an advertising link.
- We pay 50-90% for all sms which were confirmed by users by entering an access code to get our movies. Your actual commission depends on your volume of sales. We pay commission for the money we get from sms service providers, not direct end-user prices.
- We pay $100 referral commission for any affiliate referred by you. This commission is a subject to pay when your referral gets the first payout from us.
- You may not refer yourself. You are allowed to create only one account in our program per person/company.
- All affiliate resources related to an existing affiliate account in our program are not allowed to perform any activity related to other affiliate account.
- Payments are processed weekly with a one week delay before the first payout.
- We accept traffic from erotic and porn related resources only. If you send traffic from resources not related to erotic and porn your account will be banned from our program forever and your payouts will be forfeited.
- We do not permit you to send traffic by any illegal ways or use any illegal ways to promote our sites. Affiliates caught on using illegal ways of promotion inluding but not limited to:
- spam
- illegal content
- copyright violations
- malware
- any misleading or confusing information you provide to users related to our service
and other illegal ways (not necessary directly related to our service) will be banned from our program forever and their payouts will be forfeited.
- Affiliate agrees to take full responsibility on advertising our services on their resources. In no way we cannot be held responsible for any damage including but not limited to:
- direct or indirect loss of profits
- issues related to our links by third-party authorities
- any legal issues related to positioning our service advertising links on affiliate's resource
- These terms are subject to change without any prior notification. Affiliates are responsible to keep informed of any changes by checking our terms.
